If you have an interest in our area, we are pleased to offer our assistance in opening a Crédit Agricole bank account.

The Crédit Agricole Nord Midi-Pyrénées has a dedicated branch for English speaking customers. Access to this branch is reserved for potential clients with an interest in one of our four departments: the Aveyron, Lot, Tarn, or Tarn & Garonne.

We regret that we will not be able to open an account for you if your interest is in another part of France; however, our colleagues in your area will be pleased to assist. Anyone can hold a current account, an extremely useful service to French home owners or those spending regular time in France.

Open an account

In order to open an account, please complete the attached mandate and return to us with all of the required documents (for each applicant):

• A certified copy of your passport
• Originals or certified copies of
  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Recent utility bill as proof of your fiscal address

If you require a separate correspondence address, please also provide original or certified evidence of this address

• Driving License
• Evidence of income
  • Copies of your 3 last payslips and most recent tax form (P60),or
  • Pension statement and most recent tax form (P60), or
  • If self employed, most recent tax self assessment
• Copies of your 2 last bank statements from your main account, showing general income and expenses
• A banker’s reference from your main bank to confirm suitability to open an account
• A cheque from your main bank account, either for an initial deposit or voided if you prefer to make a wire transfer
